Q1. How come the bot does not work?

Q2. If by any reason that the bot does not work, will you refund?
Yes, I will refund 100% if the bot fail to work on your machine after my supports.
Q3. What kind of supports are you providing?
I will use AnyDesk (http://anydesk.com/download) to remote into your PC and check out that issue.
Q4. Can I get ban for using the bot?
In short, yes if you get caught. However, the chances of getting caught is almost zero due to that the bot is emulating human interaction and 7kbot has inbuilt anti-bot detection mechanism.
Q5. Can I run multiple instance of bots simultaneously with one account?
No, because each account only entitled to one bot instance.
Q6. My antivirus scanner prompted trojan virus, is it safe?
It is safe (false alarm). But to re-assure yourself, you can scan with https://www.virustotal.com/ (Google free online virus scanner)
Q7. How to upgrade (while retaining the old settings) after new version released?
For most version upgrades, you just need to copy the newer 7kbotbin.exe version into existing 7kbot installation folder (where the old settings resided).
Q8. The bot suddenly stopped working, how?
- Logout from 7kbot.stockjugger.com.
- Ensure screensaver is disable.
- Ensure "Turn off the display" option in power management is "Never". (Use hardware switch to turn off monitor instead.)
